The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Yacht Brokerage Business Development Consultant to help grow the START Yachts Global broker network.

The primary focus of this role is to identify, approach, and bring professional yacht brokerages onto the platform as subscribing partners.

This is an entrepreneurial, high-commission opportunity for someone who understands the yacht brokerage or marine industry and knows how to build trusted relationships with brokerage owners and yacht sales professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Build your own pipeline of yacht brokerage prospects.
  • Develop relationships with brokerage owners and industry decision-makers.
  • Introduce START Yachts Global and its marketplace offering.
  • Convert qualified brokerages into subscribing partners.
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through closing.
  • Help expand the platform's broker network across North America and international markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development ability.
  • Yacht brokerage, marine, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within the yacht brokerage industry are a major advantage.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Consultative and relationship-focused sales style.
